Our shipping is USPS  within 48 hrs of payment. Always insured and tracked ~ to protect your purchase.  If the carrier fails to deliver or damages your items I will provide all info to file a claim.  If the carrier delays delivery beyond 2 weeks if you've paid priority pricing the best thing to do is refuse delivery and tell them to return to sender because it arrived too late.  If you open the package, notify me for refund  authorization and pay return postage!
